Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance should you need to cancel your flight in order to receive a 100 % refund. Please note that even though the refund is processed at 100%, bank fees may reduce the final amount. All reserved flights on peak season (Dec 24 - Jan 7) and cancellations made with less than 72 hours before your flight departure time are not subject to refunds.

How long does it take?

Please note that the company processes the refund immediately, but the time it takes is beyond the company's control and depends on the banking system.

Payments made by credit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to complete.

Payments made through a wire transfer, the refund may take up to 10 days to complete. In this case, we will need your bank details from which you made the payment to return the money to the same account.

Whats happen if I pay my remaining balance by cash?

With this method of payment refunds are faster .If you paid your remaining balance by cash we can give you back your money as soon as you are at your departure terminal at Cancun airport on your return home. While for down payment waiting times described above apply.
